Welcome to my site!
Let me introduce myself, my name is Deanna and I am a photographer residing in the beautiful region of Southern Ontario. I am happily married to a wonderful man, and I'm the proud mother of four precious children. I spent my earlier years at home investing into my children's development, while also exploring who I was and cultivating some of my many talents. It was during this season that my life long love of photography became one of my passions. I also discovered that people were my other passion when I took a service trip to an impoverished village in the Dominican Republic... that trip altered the course of my life! It was there that I realized that I wanted to use my photographic talent to help advocate for those who were in need, and provide impoverished children basic education in order to break the cycle of poverty. When I returned home, I began the long journey of pursuing post-secondary education in order to see my dreams come to fruition. I am presently completing my photography studies at Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario, and also intend to further my education with a degree in early childhood studies.
I consider myself to be a gentle and kind-hearted woman, full of compassion, creativity, ambition and love. I am passionate about people and photography, and try my best to intertwine my passions together in all I do. As a photographer I am a storyteller. I desire to authentically represent the human experience through high quality photographic images. I'm dedicated to helping raise an awareness of global injustices through the power of photography.
